AutoCAD Electrical 2018 – Missing Text in Dialogs

Issue:

When using AutoCAD Electrical 2018, you are finding that various text in settings / properties dialogs are missing.  An example of this is shown below:

When a title block update is performed, the drawings to be processed are not shown in the dialogue.

Right click over the current activated project > Title block update.
