Step 1: Please restart the Job Processor, by opening it up and clicking on "File" then "Exit" (this is the only way to close it properly)

Step 2: Please replace the iTools.Vault.JobHandler.PlugIn.JobPreProcessors.config file on the server with the one attached to this article (below)

It should be stored in a very similar location to:

 
C:\V_Tools\JobServer\ConfigFiles
 
Step 3: Please check that the config file is not "Read Only" or "Blocked"
 
Right-click on the file and open Properties.

Click on the Unblock button and then on Apply/OK.

You will now be able to access the downloaded file.

 
Step 4: Please fire up the Job processor, then test.
