Autodesk’s new cloud based construction management offerings, BIM 360 Team, BIM 360 Field, BIM 360 Glue and BIM 360 Docs are changing the way that teams collaborate on building projects. Their easy to use interfaces, powerful model management functionality and unrivalled accessibility allow construction professionals to make the right decisions with considerably less delays.
We have new user courses for each of the BIM 360 collaboration products. The following courses are a day in duration and designed to familiarise you with the interface and principles of working with the software:
- BIM 360™ Team is a cloud-based collaboration tool that allows architects, engineers and project stakeholders to work together in one central workspace, using a web browser or mobile device. The objective of the new user course is to show you how you can collaborate with other team members, both inside and outside of your organisation. This course will identify tools which will provide efficient ways to exchange information as well the ability to communicate with the wider project team.
- BIM 360 Field puts critical information into the hands of those in the field, helping to improve quality, safety and commissioning for construction and capital projects of all types. The objective of the new user course is to show you how to collaborate with other team members both inside and outside of your organisation. The course will look at how project information can be readily accessed out on construction sites. You will learn to use your iPad to communicate issues from site back to a central location to inform the wider project team. This includes communicating commissioning information captured on site back to the office.
- BIM 360 Glue helps you to review projects and resolve coordination issues faster, whilst advancing the construction layout process. The objective of the new user course is to show you how you can collaborate with other team members, both inside and outside of your organisation. This course will take a practical look at how we can maximise the use of Building Information Modelling on a project and highlight workflows that will streamline information exchange, communication and analysis.
- BIM 360 Docs ensures the entire project team is delivering projects using the correct version of documents, plans and models. The objective of the new user course is to show you how you can collaborate with other team members, both inside and outside of your organisation. The course will look at how we manage project information with this advanced communication and viewing technology.
