Reporting Coordinates in Navisworks 2015

A number of Cadline industry specialists spent a busy day at the ICE BIM Conference this week manning an exhibition stand jointly sponsored by Autodesk and Cadline.

Trevor Clayton and I were particularly busy giving demos and advice on Infraworks, Civil 3D and Navisworks but one delegate who visited the stand got us thinking when he asked how to report real OS Easting and Northing coordinates when selecting objects in Navisworks.

He was happy with the Navisworks measurement tool but that only reports relative distances between two selected points. After a bit of investigation I came across this link which seems to solve the problem.
