Following on from our How To Tip (below) which outlined how to access OS Zoomstack data via a Vector Tile Service:

Here is an updated tip on how that Vector Tile Service can then be consumed as a Web Map Tile Service within both QGIS and MapThat.

WMTS in QGIS:

From your MapBox account, choose the MapBox Studio – Style page:

Select one of the MapBox – OS Zoomstack Styles that you created - and choose Share and Use.

In the Share and Use options choose > Use and then > Third Party > and copy the Integration URL.

The Integration URL will be similar to the below:

https://api.mapbox.com/styles/v1/accountnamer/ujyep33pw4fge3pojkslwh9x0mw/wmts?access_token=pk.ayL2IjpiVSF4awPKjcm65dGhlciIsImEoIjoJjanB2Yzlrwj6wKJGpPKM3bm9zcGZwmnBnIn0.PO4sjOG6Lo3n1FptPOo_Dw

In order to turn this URL into a WMTS which is compatible with QGIS, simply replace the /wmts? with /tiles/256/{z}/{x}/{y}@2x?

Then within QGIS choose the Browser Panel and right click on XYZ Tile and choose New Connection. Give the TILE Service a Name and paste in the edited URL.

Then simply drag the new Tile Service into the map window… and repeat for any other MapBox Styles you have created e.g. Roads:

MapThat Base Layer:

Now that you have a valid WMTS Url for QGIS you can use that URL to create a new basemap within your webGIS e.g. MapThat.

Create a new Base Layer using the MapThat Admin Forms and paste the WMTS compatible URL into the URL pane.

Once the new Base Layer is added to your MapThat Project, it will be available to choose from the list of basemaps:
