RevitSHARE – Rename Files

Using RevitSHARE you can easily and quickly rename any of the Revit files in your SharePoint repository.

How?

RevitSHARE is a plugin tool for Revit and allows you to store, retrieve, update and manage all your organisations Revit Files in your SharePoint repository.

If there is a Revit file that you wish to rename, simply select it from the list > right click and choose Rename.

Note - The Revit file must be checked out to you before you can rename it.

Rename the filename as required and then click away from the file or press Return to save the changes.

If you then check your SharePoint website, you can see that the same Revit file has also been renamed there too.
