Using RevitSHARE you can find any recently used Revit files in your SharePoint repository.

How?

RevitSHARE is a plugin tool for Revit and allows you to store, retrieve, update and manage all your organisations Revit Files in your SharePoint repository.
To view any Recent RVT files from your SharePoint instance, choose the Open tool.

The Open window will appear where you can choose to list recent REVIT files.

Choose the Recent files icon and a window will open where you can view the most recent SharePoint Revit files you have opened.

Note – the recent files list shows the last 20 Revit files that you have worked with.

If you select a Revit file from the list and choose Show Location, the Open tool will navigate to that folder and show you the Revit file.

Or simply select a recent Revit file from the list and press Open….

and the Revit file is loaded into Revit.
