MEPworx Wiring – Updated Hager CPD DB

In keeping with on-going development, regarding new and updated CPD DBs (Circuit Protective Device Databases), we are pleased to announce an updated CPD DB from Hager, with details of their generation of compact hw+ ACBs, as used in Switch Distribution panels.

These ACBs are available with the following combination of features:

• Ratings from 400 A to 1600 A
• Breaking capacities up to 66 kA.
• 3 and 4 poles.
• As either Fixed or Withdrawable units.
• With trip units LI, LSI or LSIG.
• Also available as HW1 ACB Switch-Disconnectors, without the trip units. These switches would typically be used in a Hager main distribution switch panel.
• With the introduction of the HW1 ACBs, the older HWT range of ACBs rated up to 1600A are now marked as Obsolete.

The new version of this CPD DB is entitled ‘Hager 2023a’ and will be included in the next release of the MEPworx software. Plus, it is available now from the Cadline Cloud Downloads web page, by following this link:

On the ‘Downloads’ web page, select the Product as ‘MEPworx’ and the ‘Type’ as Database. Then navigate to the ‘Hager 2023a’ entry. Development of this CPD DB will be ongoing with more updates to follow.
