Question:
What can I do if my Digitising Toolbar is missing within QGIS?
Answer:
Your QGIS Toolbars can be moved manually so you can customise how QGIS looks for you. However, having done this sometimes these toolbars go walkabout!.... often this seems to be an issue with the Digitising Toolbar in my QGIS.
To resolve the issue, try the following:
1 – Restore QGIS down to a smaller window size and check the toolbar hasn’t been moved off the screen… and is floating on another screen, or behind the main map window.
2 – Check the toolbar is active > View > Toolbars > ensure the Digitising Toolbar is ticked….
3 – If none of the above work, try creating a New User Profile!. … Settings > User Profiles > New Profile > Name the new Profile e.g. David …
…. QGIS will then re-open with the default menus and settings for you to then customise the setup again. And because it starts from scratch the Digitising toolbar will re-appear!
