Answer:

Yes, the Drawing tools in MapThat enable you to create and also edit multi geometry records.

Having created multi part geometry you can update those records to add additional geometry using the new ADD PART tool.

Dependent on how each layer is configured, you can choose to add Points, Lines or Polygons to existing Multipart geometry. In the example below, we will update a grounds maintenance record, by adding two new parts of polygon geometry.
