Address & Street Management – Numbered Streets (Unlink a Single ESU)

In this ‘How To’ tutorial, we will learn how to Manage Numbered Streets in the DynamicMaps Address & Street Management Application.

When editing the geometry of a Named Street that is associated to a Numbered Street you must consider how changing the geometry of the Named Street will affect the associated Numbered Street.

Unlink single ESU from a Numbered Street

Here we explore removing the link between an ESU and a Numbered Street. For example, let’s remove an ESUID that we have previously linked to a Numbered Street -  541426172253.

In the Numbered Streets page, choose the Street Xref tab and find the ESUID that you wish to remove.

Press the Unlink selected record button…

… and then press OK to the warning message.

The list of ESUIDs is then reduced accordingly… now to only 13 ESU records.

And the map shows that the ESU has now been removed from the Numbered Street geometry.
