Can you create Multi Part BLPU geometry using the Address & Street Management Application?

Answer:

Yes, the DynamicMaps Address & Street Management Application has a suite of high-powered Drawing Tools that allow you to edit and create new BLPU geometry - including Points and Polygons into your LLPG. It also allows you to create MultiPolygon geometry, as well as Add and Delete Parts as needed.
