Civil 3D – Add points to a Feature Line

Question

How can I add points into an existing Feature Line at a fixed interval?

Answer

1. Select the Feature Line

2. From the Feature Line Contextual menu select ‘Insert Level Point’

3. At the Command Prompt type ‘i’ (for Increment)

4. Enter the required increment, then Return
