Civil 3D – Hide a Surface

Question

How can I hide a Civil 3D Surface?

Answer

1. Select the required surface
2. Select Surface Properties (from the ribbon, Prospector or right mouse button)
3. Select the Information tab
4. Select the ‘Surface Style’ drop down
5. Select ‘_No Display’ 
(N.B. if you are using a template other than UKIE the style name may have a different name, e.g. ‘All Off’ or ‘No Display’)
