Question

Is it possible to fix the map window so that users cannot zoom out or pan away from a specific location?

Answer

Using the Incident > Maximum/Minimum Zoom Level, Min/Max X&Y and ticking the Locked options an Admin user can control where the user can zoom and pan their map. These settings therefore allow you to ensure that users cannot zoom or pan out beyond your boundary e.g. your local authority region.
