If your AutoCAD hangs on loading, displaying a ‘checking license’ message in the status bar you can try one (or more) of the following: temporarily disable your Anti-Virus client; reset your internet options via control panel or delete all the ADSKFLEX files from C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet (by default, this is a hidden folder)
