MapThat – Oracle Spatial Data Not Loading

Occasionally my Oracle Spatial Layers will not load within MapThat. The general user receives the Error Processing Request message.

Answer
If you try this same MapThat layer when on the Application Server, you may receive this error message:

The issue, is that the Oracle Spatial Database is running out of temporary memory. This issue can be resolved by Recycling the App Pool that MapThat is using within IIS.

Once you have Recycled the Application Pool that MapThat is using, log back into MapThat and retry the same layer, it should now load without any errors.
