MapThat – The Interface is Not Loading Correctly

Question:

I have successfully entered my MapThat Username and Password, and then chosen my preferred Project to Open. However, MapThat starts to load, but does not render the List of Layers, the Basemaps, the Map Controls (Zoom IN/OUT) or the Map Logo. What could be causing this issue?

This issue is likely related to the users login credentials, which may be causing the MapThat project to not load successfully. This occurs for any User who has an apostrophe in their user details e.g. as shown below where the Surname has an apostrophe;

By removing this character from the Users details, the next time that they login MapThat will successfully render all components of the Interface.
