Solution

If your organisation uses a proxy server to filter internet traffic, your IT department will need to add domain exceptions to allow connections to Autodesk services. This will include Autodesk standalone licensing and A360 cloud services. The full list of exceptions is available on the Autodesk Knowledge Network. It is recommended to at least include *.autodesk.com as other sites may be added to this domain in the future.
