Answer:

To resolve this, install the Vault 2019.1.1 update (requires 2019.1) on the server first then on the Vault clients. This will also address several stability and performance issues for the add-ins within AutoCAD, Inventor and Revit. Always ensure that a successful backup has been performed before applying any updates.
