Have you ever experienced poor resolution basemapping in QGIS as you zoom and transition through your mapping?

If you have, try the Tile Scale Panel tool which can help to sharpen your basemapping!

For example, when working with OS ZoomStack the mapping can often appear slightly fuzzy. Particularly if this is being loaded via the OS Maps API service.

In QGIS choose View > Panels > Tile Scale Panel.

The Tile Scale Panel will load into QGIS and can be positioned as required.
