Question: Where can I get the Site Designer Add-in for Revit 2021?

Answer:

This add-in is no longer being developed and is not available for Revit 2021 onwards. Instead there is a more reliable workflow. Users can link surface objects created directly from Civil 3D  and BIM 360. These linked elements with reflect any model changes made in Civil 3D within Revit.
