MapThat – Data Reader Error

Question:

When I save my Sketch Layer, or try to open a DataPoint Layer in MapThat, I get a Data Reader error message – how can I resolve this?

Answer:

The likely reason is that the server on which MapThat is hosted is not configured to allow SQL to render these geometry types. The solution to this issue is a simple update to the MapThat Webconfig file. Please contact Cadline and we will make the update to the Webconfig file for you as per the below.
