MapThat – Login Page Not Working?

Question:

When I login to MapThat or use the Open Access Tick box it keeps returning to the login page – what is causing this?

Answer:

Try this one….. are you opening MapThat using a HTTPS:// secure connection?

If you try to access MapThat using an unsecure connection e.g. HTTP:// you can enter your login credentials successfully, it will look like its logging in, but it will return to the login page.

So, ensure when accessing the MapThat login page - use a secure connection with HTTPS://
