Address & Street Management – Search by Street

Question:

Is it possible to search for all Addresses on a specific Street in the Cadline Address & Street Management Application?

Answer:

Yes, you can search for an Address using any of the following options:

• UPRN (and Parent UPRN), USRN, Ward Name, Classification
• Sao and Pao
• BLPU, LPI Logical Status
• Classification
• Easting & Northing
• Street Descriptor
• Locality Name
• Town Name

From the Address menu in the Cadline Address & Street Management Application…

… the Address Search tool will be shown.

Choose the Plus icon to reveal the full list of Search options.

In this example, we will search for any Addresses using the Street Descriptor value – Berry Place. As you type the Street Name into the Street Descriptor box, the result options will filter as you type each letter… so by typing ‘Be’… we can then choose Berry Place from the list of available options.

Having selected the required Street Descriptor choose the Go button to run the Address search.

The results of the search will be shown in the table of Addresses. Here we can see that there are 4 result records returned. The first is a Street Record,.. and the next 3 are Address records where the Street Descriptor is Berry Place.

The Street Descriptor search is a very quick way to find all Addresses that are on a specific Street within your LLPG.
