This is a quick and easy method to add frequently used commands to the “Quick Access Menu”, allowing access to these commands regardless of which “Ribbon” tab is currently in use.

To add commands, select the drop down arrow at the far right of the “Quick Access Menu”, as shown in Figure 1.

This will display the default list of tools that can be added simply by selecting the command so a tick appears on the left of the selected command, however additional commands can be added by selecting “More Commands” option as shown in Figure 2.

Once located the command can be dragged in to the “Quick access Menu”. Commands added in Figure 5 are “Copy”, “Move”, “Offset”, “Trim” and “Extend”.

Separators can also be added to split commands in “Groups” within the “Menu”.

To remove an unwanted command, “Right Click” on the command and from the displayed menu select “Remove from Quick Access Menu”.
