When I access the Autodesk cloud apps, pages like myhub.autodesk360.com or acc.autodesk.com/projects on my computer, they are suddenly displayed in a foreign language - for example, in Spanish, German, French, or Czech. Why?
Examples:
The user interface language of these Autodesk cloud applications is primarily preset by your web browser, its web-content language preference settings. There you can also set the priority (order) of selected languages.
Using the content language preferences settings:
- Edge: edge://settings/languages - Preferred languages
- Chrome: chrome://settings/languages - Preferred languages (Websites in your languages)
- Firefox: about:preferences - Choose your preferred language for displaying pages
So set back your preferred language (e.g., English or German) as the highest priority. If it is also supported by the respective cloud application, its user interface will switch to this language (localization) after refreshing, reloading the page (F5).
Never use the automatic website translation offered by some browsers, as it may distort the content of comments (e.g., in German), especially when machine translating "from German to German" or "from French to French".
