AutoCAD 2020 – The Polygon Command

Introduction:

You use the Polygon Command to create an equilateral closed polyline. The Polygon command is a hidden command. You can find the Polygon command by typing it in the information centre and pressing enter. When the Help page appears, just click the find icon and a brown arrow will point to the Polygon command in the drop down menu beside the rectangle tool.

When you select the Polygon command, the command line prompts will ask you to specify the number of sides of the polygon, the centre of the polygon and whether it is inscribed or circumscribed about a circle.
