AutoCAD 2021: Text in Columns

When using MTEXT in AutoCAD you may find it splitting into columns when it’s not required.

To solve this, moving the grip at the bottom right of the first box downwards, should expand the first and remove the second column.

Alternatively you can just turn Dynamic Columns (the default option) to No Columns and it will turn off:
