Revit 2022 – New feature – Tags: Ability to tag multiple elements

A much-requested feature for Revit is the ability to set a tag to multiple elements where the object may share a common type parameter. In the image below a curtain wall panel has a type mark parameter labelled by a singular tag family.

To enable this option after placing the initial tag element look for the add/remove host option in the tag edit ribbon.

Should a tag reference multiple objects with different values then a ‘varies’ indicator will display.
