Drawing files may contain several objects including “Blocks” and various object styles including “Dimension”, “Multileader” and “Table” styles.

Selecting the “Insert” command in the “Block” panel of the ribbon menu will display the “Block Gallery”, whereas the “Dimension”, “Multileader” and “Table” “Galleries” can be accessed via the expansion fly out of the “Annotation” panel in the “Home” tab.

The items shown in the relevant “Galleries”, by default are displayed as “Thumbnail Views” as in Figure 1.

Changing the “Galleryview” system variable from “1” to “0”, will display the contents of the “Gallery” as a “List” instead “Thumbnails”, this also may reduce the scrolling.

The “Galleries” are now shown in Figure 2 as “Lists”.

Currently “Cell” and “Text” style “Galleries” do not show in the “List” view format.
