In June 2025, Autodesk introduced a new, faster way to renew subscriptions in the Autodesk Account portal, with better transaction timing. Customers can renew up to 100 subscriptions as early as 90 days before the renewal date, allowing them to keep their renewal dates while controlling payment timing.
Previously, customers could only renew individual subscriptions up to 90 days early. Now they can renew up to 100 eligible subscriptions.
Subscriptions purchased through the new buying experience (NBE) can be renewed in bulk through Autodesk Account for a streamlined checkout or renewed through a partner like ARKANCE by requesting an individual quote. On the Billing and Orders > Subscriptions and Contracts page, customers can view eligible subscriptions within 90 days of renewal. If they renew, subscriptions are grouped by the CSN, currency, and purchase method to simplify the transaction(s). This mechanism also won't change the partner (agent) preference so you won't lose your ARKANCE benefits.
Even customers using the auto-renew mechanism can use these early renewals for more control over transaction timing. Transacting a renewal early will not change future auto-renewal dates.
And if you are currently not an ARKANCE customer, you can set ARKANCE as your Agent of record, so you will get benefits we offer to our customers, like technical support options, worldwide expertise, tips and add-on tools.
