As requested by some of our customers, for the release of MEPworx 2026 we have developed a selectivity function to enable specific details to be included in the Sub Mains & Final Board Schedules.

While the standard Sub Mains & Final Board Schedules have many columns of data that are exported to CSV, not all the columns are required all the time. Or, sometimes for a specific report, only certain columns are needed.

Now available via the Schedules dialog, there is the option to Export just the desired information to an MS-Excel XLSX.

When you have checked the box for ‘Create Schedule in Excel’, the new Export – Field Chooser dialog will open up. In here you are able to select just the required columns, without having to include everything.

First select, either individually or by the Ctrl+click method, the desired details to be added to the Selected Cols (Selected Columns) field on the right hand side.
When you are satisfied with the chosen details, next click on Browse to name the Output file and select the location for where it is to be saved.

When you click on OK, MS-Excel will be fired up and it will display the resultant formatted Schedule.

Please refer to the in-program Help (F1) for further information and guidance.

Please Note. For the ‘Export to XLSX’ function to operate, MEPworx must be run as Administrator.
