The DynamicMaps team are pleased to announce that we have updated our webGIS – MapThat – so that you can open the Asset and/or Document Viewer directly from the Data Table.
The following two blogs discuss the Document and Asset Viewer tools for MapThat:
- MapThat Asset Viewer - https://ukcommunity.arkance.world/hc/en-us/articles/29402809132178-MapThat-New-Asset-Viewer-Tool
- MapThat Document Viewer - https://ukcommunity.arkance.world/hc/en-us/articles/21548171761298-MapThat-Document-Viewer-Tool
In this recent upgrade, the user can now activate the links to open either the Asset or Document Viewer tools directly from the Data Table!
Simply display your layer e.g. Scanned Assets…. open the Data Table,.. and the Asset Viewer column shown on the end of the Data Table will provide a link for any map features that have assets associated to them.
Click the View Assets text and the Asset Viewer tool will open allowing you to view all Asset files and cloud models associated to the record.
Similarly, if you show a layer that has Documents uploaded e.g. Liverpool Planning Apps …. open the Data Table,.. and the Document Viewer column shown on the end of the Data Table will provide a link for any map features that have documents and images associated to them.
Click the Open Documents text and the Document Viewer tool will open allowing you to view all documents and images associated to the record.
