About changing a solid roof into a sloped glazed roof.

Revit Architecture 2016: Creating Sloped Glazing

Create a roof by footprint in the normal way as shown in Fig 1.

Select the roof, to bring up the Modify / Roofs Ribbon. Choose Sloped Glazing from the Properties drop down list to create the sloped glazed roof.
