New Visualisation Tools in Revit 2021

When compared to Plugins like Enscape and Lumion, Revit’s visualisation tools have been lacking. Autodesk has been working hard to resolve this. Recent updates have brought new features to make images a little better. In Revit 2020.2 Fly Mode was introduced, which is a great tool, but still lacks realistic output.

In Revit 2021, the new Realistic visual style is now much better. Take a look at the difference between both platforms, it’s far better and the colours more realistic.

Your laptop/workstation specification will also have an impact, but there is still significant difference.
