BIM 360: Issue Permissions

In BIM 360 users sometimes report that they cannot see or create issues. They may see “No issues found”:

Or “Create Issue” is greyed out:

This is usually permission related. Remember that permissions are set in 3 places:

-User/Project permissions

-Folder/File permissions

-Issue permissions

More than likely the issue being experienced is the last one. Check the following under Project Admin>Services>Issues, for Issue Permissions:
