Infraworks 2022 - Wrong License Type

Some users are reporting an error with the InfraWorks 2022 installation that I experienced myself.

Once installed and ran, InfraWorks asks to specify a license server and doesn’t give the option to sign in, as with other products. This can be corrected with the process below.

First clear the login status by deleting the LoginState.xml file.

In Windows Explorer go to:

%localappdata%\Autodesk\Web Services\LoginState.xml

Then follow the instructions below:

1. start command prompt as admin
2. write: cd "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\AdskLicensing\Current\helper"
3. write: AdskLicensingInstHelper list (show list of autodesk product and licenses)
4. write: AdskLicensingInstHelper change -pk 927N1 -pv 2022.0.0.F -lm USER

- 000N1 is def_prod_key readed from above list for IW360P

- 2022.0.0.F is def_prod_ver readed from above list for IW360P

The full text is as below:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\AdskLicensing\Current\helper\AdskLicensingInstHelper.exe" change -pk 927N1 -pv 2022.0.0.F -lm USER

This can be put into a .bat file if needed. I have attached a text file that just needs renaming.
