A common question I often receive in Revit is how users can transfer custom Revit Keyboard shortcuts to other Workstations?

This is a very easy process, as the Keyboard shortcuts can be exported to an XML file, called Keyboardshortcuts.XML

This file can then be located onto a shared resource and accessed from another workstation. Simply run the Keyboard Shortcuts command (‘KS’) and choose IMPORT. Click OK and save changes. The custom or modified shortcuts are now available for use on the second PC.
