Revit Structural Plan view types have a unique setting to enable users to change a view from looking downwards for Foundation plans to upwards for framing views.

To change the view direction within a Structural Plan, click on the Properties Palette and choose edit type. Within the type properties dialogue toggle the view direction to Up or Down as appropriate and click OK.

It is usually recommended for users to set this up in a project template with, if necessary, 2 structural plan types, Foundation Plan and Framing Plan using the duplicate option. These views will be shown as separate types in the Project browser.
