Revit 2023 is now available to install and includes some major improvements over the previous Revit release. For users of Dynamo scripts, the Dynamo Player user interface has been modernised, giving it a similar appearance to Revit Generative Design environment. The commands and interface are streamlined making script navigation and execution much easier.

As well as its appearance, Dynamo Player now supports multiple locations for user scripts, whereas previously the scripts needed to be within one folder for easy access. In addition, descriptions and thumbnail images can be added to graphics along with links to help files and WIKIs as well as descriptions and author information. This is a much welcome, possibly overdue enhancement!

In addition to the player, the Dynamo Graph editor has also seen some major changes. I will go through these aspects in a future post.
