Revit - Rotating Floor or Ceiling Patterns

Rotate tiles on a floor, ceiling or other surface to reflect your design intent.

Place the cursor on the model pattern and simply press TAB to highlight a shape handle (do not select it, it won’t work).

1. The status bar indicates if you have selected the shape pattern.
2. Click to select the pattern/handle.
   
3. Once selected, Click Modify | <element> tab Modify panel Rotate.
4. Rotate the pattern.

Please note: Some elements, such as ramps, do not allow model pattern rotation.
