Navisworks 2024 – A Single Point measure Tool

Any Navisworks user will know that being able to measure a ‘Single Point Measurement’ has been very frustrating, especially on Civil projects when typically projects are not a straight line. In Navisworks 2024 Autodesk have resolved this issue. The new tool allows users to identify a single point and extract location coordinates (northing, easting, elevation, station, offset). This additional tool is complimentary to the other measurement tools with Navisworks that currently exist. This allows users to extract precise point relative to Civil 3D alignments and export the information to be used in design details.
