When using the “Camera” to create a photo realistic “View” of the model, the displayed view can be adjusted by selecting the boundary of the “Camera View”, which is now highlighted in blue to indicate the “View” is active, by dragging the blue circular grips in the middle of each of the boundary lines the “View” can be adjusted.

Using this method to change the “Camera View” can cause the view to become distorted, as though looking at the model through a fisheye lens, as shown in Figure 1.

The above image has the “Visual Style” “Shaded with Edges” applied, in comparison, figure 2 shows the same view, with the visual style “Realistic”, which emphasises the distortion of the view.

To reset the “View”, it is possible using the blue circular grips, but this can be time consuming, as an alternative, select the “Navigation Wheel” from the “Navigation” toolbar and move the “Nav Wheel” into the “View Area” as shown in Figure 3.

Right click on the “View Cube” to display the menu and select “Increase / Decrease Focal Length” as shown in Figure 4.

Dragging the cursor “Up” the screen will “Narrow” the “View”, increasing the focal length of the lens and reducing the lens angle, as shown in Figures 5 and 6.

This has returned the image back to the distorted fisheye “View”.
