To share files with people who do not have an ACC Docs licence, follow this procedure. First turn on Public Links to Sheets and files found in advanced settings.

Then select the files and use the share option.

The next step is to choose the anyone with the link option.

Enter the recipients email address. The recipient only sees their own email address.

The actions are recorded and the files in the folder are marked to indicate they have been shared.
