Inventor 2015 - Download server-based Content Centre Files

`Desktop Content Centre Libraries’ (IDCL files) have been the default option for anyone installing Inventor for a number of years now, but a number of customers prefer to install and maintain Inventor’s standard and customized libraries on their Vault server.

The Autodesk Vault Server media does not actually include the files required, instead a link is provided via the `Install Tools & Utilities’ button.
