Some users have reported that Inventor is crashing when attempting to insert, replace or resize Content Center parts after upgrading to Windows 10 1903 May 2019 update.
This issue is currently being investigated by Autodesk. For Inventor 2019, installing the latest updates will fix the problem. However, for Inventor 2017 and 2018 a roll back to the previous Windows update is required to be able to use the Content Center.
