As a long time user of Autodesk Inventor, it’s really great to see Autodesk putting in small and useful JDI (Just Do It) enhancements which frequently come from the Autodesk Ideastation.

With the release of 2023.2 there are two which I thought are worth highlighting here.

1. Base Views: You can now place a base view with the current model view orientation. Use a right-click on the ViewCube dropdown when creating the view and select ‘Current View Orientation’.
2. Drawing Resources: Easily replace the current title block or border using Insert in the replacement title block or border context menu.
